With so many types of meditation around, what makes Raja Yoga meditation so special? In this interactive session, hear insights and experiences of Raja Yoga, and discover why this most ancient form of ‘yoga for the mind’ offers a practical method to create inner strength and experience peace of mind and contentment, despite all the pressures of modern life.

Speakers:

Matthew Earl is a science graduate and former ‘spiritual sceptic’. An interest in self-development led him to explore meditation and now, 14 years later, he shares his passion for Raja Yoga through courses, talks, and workshops. Matthew takes simple & profound methods that work practically, and communicates them to great effect.

Pavan Kumar is a dentist with a strong sense of fun, adventure and family. He finds that by giving himself to these, his life is always enriched. Pavan finds that when he places spirituality at the core of his life, it provides him with the strength and agility to stay relaxed, make sound decisions and respond positively to whatever situations arise
