A Meditation Course: Yoga for the Mind

Raja Yoga is the process of rediscovering, using and enjoying the positive qualities already latent within, and expressing them in interactions with others.

It reveals the secrets of consciousness and treasures of the soul.  It explores the link with the divine and creates awareness of where we are right now.  It brings to light our connectedness to all things, and shows how unity can be created with a greater understanding and a change of heart and mind.

This is a one day course.  Please make sure that you register below.

Tea and coffee will be provided - please bring your own vegetarian lunch in keeping with the ethos of the day.
