Beechwood Hall Beechwood Lane
United Kingdom

One thing we do know is that we all want to be happy on life’s journey, and we all like the idea of the ‘happy ever after’ ending to our story.

To acknowledge this is the first step, then to explore what happiness is and what it means to you is the second step.  Happiness is the road to freedom, and every journey starts with a first step.

Facilitator ~ Matthew Earl

Matthew is a science graduate and former ‘spiritual sceptic’.  An interest in self-development led him to explore meditation, and he began teaching to pass on insights and techniques that he used to quietly take all areas of his life to a completely different level.  He takes simple and profound methods that work practically, and communicates them to great effect.

Beechwood Hall is set in the South Downs National Park in Cooksbridge, near Lewes, just 10 miles from the centre of Brighton (click the Google map link below for further directions).  Parking is free.  If you would like (or can offer) a lift, then please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Tea and coffee will be provided - please bring your own vegetarian lunch in keeping with the ethos of the day.

All our talks, courses and workshops are offered free of charge - voluntary contributions are gratefully accepted.
