Stress Free Living explores solutions to help you take stress out of your life  Learn how to slow down and discover strategies to keep calm and carry on whilst under pressure.

We perceive stress as the most positive sign in life  It is simply a messenger, guiding us to a state of balance.  We are improving our wellbeing by developing the skills of listening to the messenger and exploring how to act, before, during and after the stress experience.

We will look how to:

  • Strengthen your ability to respond by understanding the true causes of stress
  • Turn resistance into acceptance and release creative energy
  • Stop consuming others' stress and being affected by their emotions
  • Make some 'quality time' for yourself
  • Apply effective daily tools and insights even whilst under pressure
