Stress can often be perceived as a positive sign when we understand it simply as a messenger.  When we listen to the message - that there is something which needs changing, then it guides us back to a state of balance.  We’re improving our well-being by devloping the skills of listening to the messenger and exploring how to act, before, during and after the stress experience.  We will look at:

Strengthen your ability to respond by understanding the true causes of stress
Turn resistance into acceptance and release creative energy
Stop consuming others’ stress and being affected by their emotions
Make some ‘quality time’ for yourself
Apply effective daily tools and insights even whilst under pressure
