We offer one-to-one sessions on learning to meditate. Meditation is a way to restore our inner peace and let go of stress and anxiety.  In these session(s) we will gently explore:

·         Getting to know your true self, understanding who you are

·         Simple methods to meditate

·         The power of thoughts

·         Living a spiritual way of life
