Join us every month for meaningful conversations on how to deal with every-day matters. We all know that little things, such as a smile, warms the heart. Conversely, little things such as being ignored, brings pain to our hearts! How do we then remain calm when people push our buttons! In these sessions we will look at the root cause(s) of pain and how meditation can be used as a tool to release emotions and return to equilibrium.
