Real meditation isn’t a technique or a trend.  It’s the most intense, challenging and beautiful inner journey that we will ever embark on.  It can help a lot to have the guidance and inspiration of those who began treading the path before us.

Speaker: Sister Alka and Ash

Sister Alka has been leading a spiritual life from a very young age and is an open hearted and generous person who combines administrative skills with a natural creative ability.  She is responsible for communications at the National Co-ordinating Office of the Brahma Kumaris in London.

Ash is a commercial Director within the IT services sector, responsible principally for relationship development.  He has been a student of Raja Yoga for 15 years and works with young adults to nurture potential through understanding and applying inner leadership principles.
