We are told to listen to our feelings, but not to make decisions  when we are emotional. Feelings are like nourishing food for the soul, whereas emotions are like junk food - highly addictive , strongly affecting our bodies and minds. Emotions often compel us to act in ways we often later regret.  With experience we can also learn to develop a taste for the subtle inner feelings   of love, joy and peace and step off the emotional rollercoaster ride.

Speaker: Gizi Pruthi is a widely travelled and gifted spiritual teacher who,  for many years, has regularly conducted lectures, retreats, and  self-empowerment groups, facilitating  people’s personal development. Her qualities of leadership, combined with the ability to communicate deep aspects of spiritual truth  with great clarity, has  enabled many to discover their own spirituality and bring positive change in their lives. At present, Gizi co-ordinates the activities of the BKWSU in Kensington & Chelsea.
