We live in a world where we consciously or subconsciously get attached to the people we know and the possessions we have acquired. This serves the purpose of filling a void within ourselves. However we also know that as soon as something goes wrong in our relationships or physical possessions there is an opposite effect.

Spirituality teaches us how to fill this void by learning the art of detachment. We will explore how through a different understanding and the strength acquired through meditation we can reap the rewards of being detached yet loving.

Speaker: Nehul Shah

Nehul Shah has been a student of the Brahma Kumaris for over 8 years but has always been interested in the deeper philosophy of understanding how spirituality is connected with happiness.  He is an optometrist by profession, with a young family. Nehul runs positive thinking courses and is passionate to share his understanding of spirituality in a fun, easy and understandable way.
